Alexis' world has literally thousands of population centres, requiring tables which list them according to the ruling political entity. I intend to steadily post these tables, in part for interest sake but also because having them here will give me a back-up copy in case my files ever become lost. I also mean to 'show my work'; because I don't have consistent population figures for any past period of history, I have created a calculation that determines the population of a city based on its year of founding, its population in 1952 (the earliest legitimate world-wide statistics available), and the number of times the city has been razed, pillaged, 'destroyed', abandoned or struck heavily by natural disasters.
So, included are statistics for each centre's founding, population, location and elevation. Population and area figures (in hexes) are also included for each region.
Cities in black with white text were founded later than 1650.
Area is divided into 'cropland' (lands entirely subjugated by manor domains), 'mixed cropland and arable' (manor lands mixed with productive wilderness), 'arable' (productive wilderness) and 'waste' (unproductive wilderness).
